CLINICAL PARTICULARS

Target Species:- Cattle, Camels, Sheep & Goats

Indications

– Gastro-intestinal roundworms and lungworms in horses, ruminants and camels,   ( Haemonchus, Ostertagia,  Chabertia, Strongyloides, Nematodirus,    Oesophagostomum, Bonostmum, Dictycaulus ).

• Horse bots and nasal bots in sheep.
• Ectoparasites: lice and mites in horses, ruminants and camels, warble fly larvae.

Contraindications

Do not use in lactating dairy cows and sheep producing milk for human consumption. Do not use in non-lactating dairy cows, including pregnant dairy heifers or non-lactating dairy sheep within 60 days of calving/lambing. Do not use in cases of known hypersensitivity to ivermectin. Do not administer by the intravenous or intramuscular route.

Amounts to be administered and administration route

For subcutaneous administration

1 ml / 50 kg body weight.

To ensure administration of a correct dose, bodyweight should be determined as accurately as possible. Accuracy of the dosing device should be checked.

If animals are to be treated collectively rather than individually, they should be grouped according to their body weight and dosed accordingly, in order to avoid under- or over-dosing
